The  aims and objectives of Sikh Association are:

1. To raise awareness of the Sikh religion to the members of other communities, higher management, and unions working for TfL by organising seminars or  conferences and workshops.

2. To promote the principal of universal brotherhood and equality.

3. To help others to appreciate ethics, religious and cultural  identities.

4. To combat racism, ending discrimination & harassment in the workplace on the  basis of social status, race, colour, religion, age, disability & sex.

5. To liaise & Co-operate with other Trade Unions and organisations with  similar missions.

6. To work for such other issues as may be necessary from time to time and or incidental to the aforesaid.

7. To promote and support Sikh Association of  TfL members career development  & promotion.
